1. General Terms By registering for and participating in the programs offered by Tekkers, you (the parent/guardian) and your child (the participant) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling. 2. Registration and Payment Registration for all programs must be completed through our official registration process online. Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. 3. Health and Safety Participants must provide accurate and complete health information to ensure the safety and well-being of your child during training. Tekkers reserves the right to refuse participation in sessions if a child is deemed unfit to participate due to injury or illness. Parents/guardians must ensure that the child has the proper sports attire, including Tekkers official training shirt and shorts, indoor cleats, shin guards. 4. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward coaches, staff, and fellow players. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or removal of the participant from training sessions, with no refund provided. 5. Liability Waiver By enrolling, the parent/guardian acknowledges that there are inherent risks involved in soccer and physical activities. Participants will engage in activities at their own risk. Tekkers is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training, unless caused by the center’s negligence. 6. Media Release By enrolling your child, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during training for promotional or educational purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you prefer that your child is not photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing. 7. Program Changes and Cancellations Tekkers reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues). If a session is canceled by the center, a makeup session or credit will be offered, as appropriate. 8. Accessibility We are committed to providing an accessible experience for all participants. If your child requires any accommodations due to a disability or special need, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them. 9. Refund Policy As outlined in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, bookings, or services. Refunds will only be considered if there is an error or issue caused by Tekkers 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws. 11. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, bookings, or services provided. Once a transaction is completed, it is final.
