Tekkers Soccer Trainer
Lukas Pinon
Lukas is a dedicated soccer trainer with a passion for developing athletes of all ages and skill levels.
A former player turned trainer, Lukas has plenty of experience around the game of soccer. He has been playing soccer since the age of 3 and has grown up here in Carmel, playing for many clubs. He also carries experience of playing 4 years internationally in Countries that include; England, Austria, and just recently Pau FC, a Professional club in France that plays in Ligue 2.
Lukas is excited to bring his passion to Tekkers where he can help athletes find a love for the game. Having dealt with injuries in his career, this built him to be a mentally strong player and he hopes he can pass down the same mindset to each athlete. He is a heavy believer in practicing mental strength and believes in order to be the complete soccer player you need to be both mentally and physically prepared.
On days off, Lukas enjoys playing golf and spending time with family. He is a Chelsea supporter down to the core and will happily talk to you about all things Chelsea. Just don’t mention any other London teams that rival Chelsea! He is also a big NFL fan and loves watching the games during the season.
With his understanding of the game and the experience he gained as a player, Lukas looks to help each athlete along their journey. Whether you are just starting out or have been playing soccer for multiple years. He is highly motivated to help you improve your game.

Tekkers Speed & Agility Trainer
Miguel Richard
Our Speed and Agility Trainer, Miguel has been a coach since 1995, with over 25 years of experience and is certified by Barcelona Academy in Team Sports Coaching. He has worked as a personal trainer, physical and technical coach, and now specializes in strength, agility, and speed for soccer players.

Miguel is the co-founder of 5 Star Training Center. He also is the founder of PlyoFit Training Center, where he implements advanced methodologies with a distinctive approach: the use of plyometrics as the basis of physical training. This method allows athletes to fully develop their potential; improving explosiveness, coordination, and speed, while reducing the risk of injury.

Miguel works as a physical, technical, and skills coach for soccer players from youth ages to athletes who have earned athletic scholarships and in the selection process. His work is defined as total dedication to each player. He believes that commitment, discipline, and perseverance are pillars to success, and he encourages each athlete to adopt the same philosophy, not only with him, but themselves.

Miguel has currently focused his attention on Tekkers, where he can continue to contribute all his experience and passion to further develop young athletes that want to learn and grow their passion for soccer.
